    Browser only saving in .bmp

When I attempt to save a picture from a website, the only format option my system is giving me is bitmap. It wasn't always this way....something changed at some point. Ideas?

Sometimes my other comp only saves in .bmps or .arts. It's really annoying. Other times it works fine. I ussually just take a screen shot, open in photoshop and crop out the part I want. Same effect.

      i had this happen once
if i remember correctly something is corrupted and you need to go to
start-control panel-internet options-and then delete cookies and temporary internet files make sure you select delete offline content also.

i think that was all i had to do
i will do some checking around to see

      hope this helps
