Not all girls want the guys that mistreat them or are jerks. I did not date anyone that was that way to me or anyone else.

What girls want and what they respond to are diffrent...

My girl friends all say they "want" nice guys but they don't respond to them cause they aren't a challange.

Im not saying that you should be an arsehole by all means DONT!

But the reason they respond to arseholes is because of basic human nature...

We all want somthing that we can't get. And when a woman cant figure her man out it stimulates her.

For arseholes it comes naturally... For nice guys who cater too much to women... they loose intrest and slowly but surely they become like a little teddy bear that she tosses aside.

But there is hope out there... Its all about being yourself and having a bit of self respect... Dont be afraid to say NO! to woman when you honestly and sincerely disagree.

girls don't want A-holes. they want men who are strong, independent, and confident. a lot of self professed nice guys are puppy dogs. they follow the girl around fawning over her and slobbering. willing to do anything to please. that gets boring real fast. she might find it cute for a while but if she's hot she's seen it before. and in the end it's not what she wants.

what do girls want? to put it bluntly a lot of nice guys tout the fact that they are nice guys because they are ugly. ugly guys can get hot girls but you have to grow a pair. girls are NOT attracted to eunuchs. you want to attract a woman you have to be a MAN. don't play the friend card. that takes too long and you'll have to watch her in her relationships. that's never fun. let her know you're interested early and often (often does not mean the same day) but NOT constantly. keep it brief and genuine. compliment her body. avoid mention of the breasts though. if you have to comment on them do it indirectly. "nice dress" *glance at the neckline that shows off her cleavage. knowing smile.* you're not gay. you're not really interested in the dress. you're interested in the way it looks ON HER. she knows what it looks like and what it does for her body. let her know that you noticed. but then you HAVE to move on. for the rest of the night act as if she isn't shining the highbeams in your eyes. if it's a long night out on the town maybe once or twice more pay a little attention. once you're in the relationship THEN you can go nuts over how she looks in a particular outfit. she'll remember how much you like it and wear it for special occasions. but we're talking about how to hook her in the first place.

you have to get the woman to recongnize the fact that you're a man. i don't mean in the "hey look! i have a penis." sense. you have to act like a "MAN". women don't want wimps. the ones that do, you don't want. they're control freaks. MEN are strong. you don't need to be physically superior to everyone out there. just be strong enough that you don't seem like a child. be able to open that stuck jar for her. don't be the one asking her to open the jar. by strong i also mean capable. be good at something. if it's something useful that's bonus points. no paintball is not useful. know how to change a tire, fix a leak, and put together that piece of furniture you bought at ikea. that grease streak from when you wiped the sweat off your forehead. that's sexy. your arms bulging as you apply the wrench to that stubborn bolt. that's double sexy. be prepared to get herded into the shower and jumped. women want to feel like they can rely on you to take care of things. sure they want to be independent too but they want to be able to come to you sometimes and know that you'll take care of them, even if they never do.

MEN are independent. i know it's not PC (is anything in this thread?) but when mating males are the independent ones capable of bouncing between mates. once a woman is pregnant she's dependent on others. this DOES carry through into the mating ritual today. someone who does everything she wants will cease to be attractive. you have to say no occasionally. this is especially important early on. no matter how desperate and lonely you are act like you have a life. one that's important to you. even if you're at home alone typing away on AO pretend that you're just so busy that you had to go through hell just to have 5 mins that you could spare for her. if you've got her interested and you're trying to work out a date. every once in a while nix one of them. say you're busy. suggest a different day. make plans without consulting her. surprise her. show some initiative. even if it doesn't work out she'll appreciate the effort. assuming of course that you made one. "nice guys" are boring because they'll do whatever she wants. A-holes will do things without asking her first. this is one of the keys to being a nice guy and still getting the girl. you don't have to say no all the time. you don't have to treat her like dirt. every once in a while just gently but firmly remind her that you're your own person. you have a life (even if you don't) and you have your own mind. two brains in fact! and they have ideas of their own.
