3 months behind on the rent because he spends the money on paintball? He should have been out along time ago. I could understand somthing like if he was a trusted friend that lost his job and was actually busy looking for another and paying you whatever he could in the meantime, and you knew he would actually pay you back. Even then eating your food, and using your razor blads is really pushing it. But this guy sounds like a freeloader deadbeat. Throw him out, hell if the rent he owes is more than $500 or so take him to small claims court over it, i'm sure you would get atleast a good part of it from him. And don't feel bad, your teaching him a good lesson that he cannot do this for the rest of his life.
