I was listening to their Master of puppets CD and thought i should start a thread for their fans here. So post anything that you like about metallica because they kick A$$.
My favorite CD of theirs is either Master Of Puppets or Kill Em All.

There was a time that I could identify with the anger and pain in their music. The lyrics expressed exactly what I was feeling, the music seethed with the same frustration and hatred I held towards the rest of the world within my crowded and darkened mind. Now, I still enjoy an occasional Hit the Lights, or Master of Puppets, but for the most part, I've sorted my issues and now listen to Black Sabbath.

I said nothing about you. Everyone likes what they like for a different reason.

*EDIT- also, I thought it would sound kinda funny... the whole thing about sorting out issues, and listening to black sabbath instead... like its any less heavy...

Truth be told, I like most rock bands from 1960's-1980's and listen to metallica frequently*

Don't get me wrong those are great albums too, but my favorite is AJFA.
Not quite my favorite band anymore though. Can't really say that anymore after the second load album. And whats with this new guy they got now. New metallica just doesn't do it for me anymore.
