Easy. If you don't have any exotic cooking surfaces (cermaic/stone/etc.), place a healthy layer of cornmeal on the bottom of a cookie sheet and roll your dough accordingly. The cornmeal absorbs moisture which ultimately results in a crispier crust. Just watch the pie closely as not to repeat your last fiasco

i'm not the person that does the actual anodizing. I just help clear things up for you guys
well...the dude said bake it at 550 - 650 degrees. so i did 550 for 14 minutes...it didnt work out too wellComment
