so i was driving last night. and i just made a left turn onto a 2 laned road. and the camero right next to me decided that he wanted to get into my lane. well i happened to be in his blind spot so he just got over. he side swiped me and i hit the median and my neon flipped. i have some pictures but i cant upload them. so if anyonw knows of a good hosting service tell me.

luckily me and my buddy walked away with a few scratches and some sore bodies. looks like he is going to be at fault.

How did you right it? Tow truck or did you roll it back over yourself with help from bystanders?

ya the driver stopped but he was a major a** to us he told the officer that we were racing him and that we went into his lane..a tow truck helped us out seeing how we walked away from it i would have to say it was the ride of my life

Unfortunatley if you have no witnesses, and he says its your fault, and you say its his fault, the insurance will most likely say half your fault, half his because its your word against his and neither of you can really prove anything.
See, camaro's are safe cars, yours flipped over and he probably just has a bunch of dents down the side of his car.

Na man we have three witnesses and the cop said that it was his fault he just didnt cite him for anything so i think that my insurance company is gonna take him to court and the witnesses said that they would testify.
