Why does I Explore only let me save images in .bmp format?

I try to save images I know are .jpg, yet it will only let me save them as .bmp, and its a big PITA to have to convert them later.

Our off topic forum. (You mean there are things other than paintball??) Please keep your posts civil, and refrain from topics that are likely to start problems. (NOTE: Any thread may be closed for any reason.)

Exactly. Notice how they're trying to convert the planet to Windows Media Player?

Theyre the smart parts of computers.

I'm aware, but we weren't talking about SP.
