    Bought my dream car today.

    its kind of a joke because in my 'hood there are 4 pre ww2 trucks in various states of disrepair. all in line of sight of each other. this is my neighbor in front of his '41 international, i am in front of my brand new 1939 plymouth express pickup. somehow we got on the topic of hillbillies so he hacked that fiddle and bass in as a joke. right now mine has no drivetrain. as soon as i find a 5speed to bolt to the chev 350 i have, its on. it needs a bit of TLC also. but owning one of these has been my dream for years. i fell in love with it 5-6 years ago and have been looking for one since. on monday I was surfin around talkin in the IRC when i found it, and the past few days this is all i have talked about... they can tell you. it was dropped off today. work starts tomorrow. i plan to keep a day by day of it somewhere... just dont know where yet.

    i dont like signatures. so i turned them off. AO is much better this way.

          So when do you think you will be finished? I would love to see it when its done. Have you resotred cars before?

                          when will it be finished? who knows?

                          heh, he couldnt find a good pic of a banjo in his 2 minutes of searching. and i dont do photochop. i have no idea how long this will take. i barely know what i got myself into. but i hope to have it rolling and legal within 3 months. make it nicer as time and money comes. as far as restoration, no this is my first. unless i can count my 1985 jeep cherokee i rebuilt a couple years ago.
                          but i have plenty of old car guys around here that are willing to help so i think i will be alright.

                              I have never seen a Hillbilly with a bass should have got a banjo and im sure it couldnt be that hard to find a pic of a banjo.

                                  well, i know but he didnt find one, hes lazier than i am.... but he likes photochop, i dont. so if someone else wants to link to a pic of a banjo, i will email it to him and have it redone, but thats about as far as i go. i have more important things to mess around with. like rusty bolts and sheetmetal.
                                  i dont like signatures. so i turned them off. AO is much better this way.

                                                          Money to build a big garage for another project, A 69 lincon it has suicide doors and everything!
