Go for a plee in abeyance or try for traffic school. A plee in abeyance might cost you the price of the ticket, but it won't go on your record. Traffic school is usually $50, and it as well will prevent the ticket from appearing on your record.

Yeah I got a 50 in a 35 Kev. And the day before the trial they called me and said all charges where dropped... I have no clue how but o well...

Last weekend I was on the way to a NCPA tournament in the most po dunk old back state road known to man, out in georgia (coming from daytona beach). I have a tacoma pickup that has a 3" lift and the rear leaf springs are a bit soft so when I carry gear, my back end dips a bit. yadda yadda yadda, cars were flashing their brights all night telling me they were on, and I was like beep you, they are off etc etc.

Then a pass by a trooper. Lights go on and he pulls me over. He asks why I didnt dim my brights and I said that I forgot, just cause I didn't want to argue with the dude. So he gives me a warning and not more then 1 minute on the road I pass another cop, he puts his breaks on, turns on his flashers wig wags etc and turns around. Freaked the hell outta me. Then he turned them off and turned back around.

It was something outta super troppers if you ask me.. freaky!
