so, I hate april fools day, really I do. stupid jokes, not even very well thought out. well, I have the most thought out one of all.

well, as some of you who may live in an apartment know.. its the first of the month. and the man wants his money. no problem, Ive got my money. my roommate.. nope. so, I call, nextel, alert the hell out of him.. he just shuts his phone off. this was around 10pm. he turned it back on, about 5 minutes ago.. i nextel the hell out of him.. its off again. so, as I am trying to nextel him.. I am changing the locks to the apartment. hahaha, i thought it was hilarious. oh, and I also locked his bedroom door. I have a key that works on that door, and he doesnt.

and i leave you with the last bit of info.. I just left a voicemail on his phone, saying that he better have rent by monday, or im selling his stuff out of his room (please dont post here about the legalaties of doing this, im fully aware of it.. ) and i also let him know that I changed the locks.. this ought to be interesting.

anyways, happy freaking easter.

What if his april fools to you was saying he didn't have the rent and he is reallying bringing back $12 million. I bet you'd feel pretty sad then.

doubtful, very doubtful. he jewed me last month on rent, and as soon as I threatened to throw him out, he came up with rent. he said that this month (april) would be his last month anyways. he gave me that much notice.. so.


(by the way, did I mention that he is a compulsive liar, and his family believes he is a meth/crack addict?) given those 2 last factors, im not sure ill see the rent at all..

I know you said not to get into legalities but this is to much of a good idea to give up. If he calls the police, plant some crack in his stuff, incite the police into searching his things, and somhow get him to injest some of it, that way he will get thrown into rehab

YAY FOR REHAB! Sounds like a good idea to me. You could even just use marijuana and say you sold it because you were afraid to get in trouble for having it.
