    yeah, but I would ask around on some bodybuilding forums to find out what brand names are good, theres some really flimsy peices of equipment being made and you dont want something to wiggle and shake while you've got some heavy poundage over your head.

    Also, if your just trying to tone up with dumbells then you should be safe. Your not trying to bench the world, your just trying to look more even with your lowerbody. You just have to get used to using dumbels at first so take it easy as far as weight in the begining. Your body has to get used to balancing each dumbell as you complete your reps and its kind of awkward at first, so just get used to the movement.

      Not that hard to bench heavy reps with dumbells by yourself. Sit the dumbells on your thighs and kick them up over your head when you roll back. When your done, if you cant ease em down...theres a proper way to drop em, thats wat i do n e way.
