while i dont really agree with the declassification of this document, george didnt call me for my thoughts, it was released just a few minutes ago. the text can be read here. it seems fairly in line with what condi said about it being histoical in nature. it does mention hijackings, but in the traditional sense, not in the 9/11 sense. it makes references to other terrorist activity and it is based on information from as far back as 97. go ahead and read it, but i sure doesnt look like a smoking gun to me.

When Bush said Saddam wants to harm America Democrats said "where you're proof?" They refused to believe that Saddam would ever hurt the US and they refused to act on it. I disagree with them but I think I get what they were thinking.
But now they're upset because Bush didn't kill every member of Bin Laden's network based on the supposistion that Bin Laden wanted to harm us. Its a great double standard.Or better yet, why don't you kill yourself. No, really, die.
