FedEx Ground is NOT FedEx--They're BAD!

Sooky: i'm glad to hear that there is some effort to prevent/reduce theft. it was a decorative sword in a sheath. i have no idea how it could have been pilfered, but i assume it was, cuz it's the type of thing you notice if it just "falls" out of the bag.

Here's my story with FedX Ground. I am waiting for a monitor stand for a user with a laptop base station. The box get shipped in the start of March. My office is in Orange County and the box was shipped from Sacramento, northern California. It get to the Los Angeles area in a weeks time. Then it gets shipped to Florida which gets shipped to another city in Florida. Then back to the other sorting facility. Then to Indiana and finally Indiana. Total time, ONE FN month! We called the company who shipped it and had it canceled. They send another one to replace it. Let see how long this one will take.

Oh, also there was one week where FedEx Ground tried to deliver a package to my house that was to the wrong address. They tried to deliver it three times even though I called to find out what the hell it was since I wasn't expecting anything. That's when I found out it was the wrong address after the first attempted delivery.

I just lost a new NXe pack w/ tubes to Fedex ground. I cannot fathom why a signature was not required upon delivery, as Fedex says that they delivered it to my house, however, it never actually arrived. I keep calling Fedex customer service, and they keep telling me that they will have someone call me back, but I never recieve a call. Animal Paintball is being less than cooperative in the hunt for my pack; they have not responded to any of my emails, and when I called, all they will tell me is that it was delivered. GRRRRRR
