Need help gettin rid of spyware!

So yea, my computer doesnt like me right now. I let my sister use it for a day and I get it back and its cluttered with spyware and crap. I have tried everything to get it off, I tried adaware, spybot, I tried starting up in safe mode and deleting files. I get crazy popups, and all of my system ram gets used up. When I ctrlaltdlt i see some programs that I have never seen before, and when i terminate them they just come right back up and use uber amounts of ram

    KlTj.exe
    Ntqjg05h.exe
    INfIn73.exe

    ITS DRIVING ME NUTS!

have you tried a virus scanner? perhaps they are not being picked up by those programs because they're not adware or spyware. most spy/adware are from semi-legit companies. their exe files are generally named after the company or their particular program for hosting ads. so to me those filenames sound more like viruses.

              start > run

              Type msconfig

click on the "services" tab and look for those programs. If they are checked, un-check them. Then go to the "startup" tab and do the same thing.

              Then restart.

              That may help.
If there are any adverse sideffects, you can go back and re-activate them using the same procedure.

I found that Spybot worked really well, but it didn't get everything. I assume that you updated Spybot before you ran it?
Check out Webroot's Spysweeper. That picks up a few things that Spybot seems to miss. It's what finally let me get all of the spyware off of a buddy's computer. Spybot wouldn't get rid of Hotbar, but Spysweeper did.

Try CWShredder AKA Coolwebsearch trojan remover...

You can most likely find it by searching google

Only other recomendation is that you run a full system scan with an up to date virus removal software...I would recomend either Norton of McAfee.
