Any drag racers i n here?

I noticed that some of the guys around here are into cars and stuff. I was just wandering if anyone ever spent there extra time at a drag strip.

I spend almost every saturday afternoon at the local drag strip. We have a 70' Camaro that runs 10.60's with a 406 small block chevy in it. It seems lately if i'm not thinking about paintball I'm thinking about racing. Anyone else an IHRA member? I live in Ohio so that makes it division 3 if you know aht i'm talking about.

Miscue sometimes dresses in womens clothes and can run pretty fast.... but I not sure he ever raced anyone that way...

Does that count?

the one nite my dad pciked up me and a few friends from the movies and there was the ford probe at the light and it wanted to race soo my dad was liek why the hell not soo the light turned green my dad let the guy go a lil bit to feel good about himself and then we just raped the hell out of him. ahh it feels good to make ppl feel small

heh thats not saying much i drive circles around my brothers probe in my eclipse. when i say circles i mean he has no chance in the little races he does and the looser has to drive around with a nice little picture painted on his back windshield from soap. if i say so myself i am quite the artist now when it comes to drawing with soap

Island dragway Nj... yelling hmmm yeah, cleaning up? nah the cars are ready to race in the lanes so they have nothing to leave behind. And to tell you the truth i dont smell bad at all after work.

Ive always wanted a camaro, sounds awesome...you have any timeslips to show for it? Lot of people like to throw times around, but i like proof

My sister (yes, my sister) is building a 69 dart with a 440, estimated time in the mid 11's, ill throw some pics and slips up when its done.

I am into snowmobile drag racing. We have been racing for over 8 years now, and we have led points in about 8 classes for about the last 4 years.

We have 2 sleds and run on average 8 classes.

2003 Stock f7(sig)
2003 Stock Sno Pro 440
2001 Thundercat: Improved Class sled. 265 HP, and over 15 grand alone in engine work. 3 grand in carbs!

We run:

stock 440
stock 500
500 Improved

700 stock
700 improved
800 stock
800 improved

1000cc Improved

+ some more classes when availible.

These sleds are capable of sub 11 second quarter mile runs!

In the circuit we run, many of the 100 foot times are on par with that of NHRA top fuel. Its simply amazing.
149 is the circuit record in 500 feet.
