this grows old...on startup, compy tries starting deleted spyware program

there a way to get it to stop trying to boot up the spyware program i just deleted? i hate getting a freaking error every time i try starting up, saying that the program cannot be found. and there was no "right" way to uninstall it, it was a .dll file.

and another thing, "MSMGS" is a process i just recently started to notice, and it takes up a good 30megs of RAM. i'm guessing it's MSN messenger, and i REALLY don't wanna waste 30 megs of RAM for a program i never use. any way to stop MSMGS from starting on boot up? thanks.

ps- did i ever mention i have a love/hate relationship with computers?

    Start
    Run
    MsConfig
Choose what you want to run and what not to on startup.

So click the box that says don't show this message anymore, and stop shutting your computer off
