Get a raytec infrared thermometer or just go out and buy an angel lcd(they have built in thermometers).....I too enjoy cooking. Ive been cooking for myself since I was 9. Nothing huge back then but you know mac and cheese. Now, I am a pretty good cook. Everyone compliments me and stuff. Im a real homely guy, I can do laundry, watch TV, iron, sew, cook, don't like soap operas but do like the gameshow network. Blah Blah. I should post my stepfathers recipe for Baklava....OMG it is sooo good. Or my aunts recipe for her brownies, hohoho you've never had a brownie as good as she makes. She is an Italian martha stewart. My mom makes this Chess Pie I think it is called. Like sugar and egg whites or something...MMMMMM. Christmas Im going to feel like an engorged wood tick.
