    1971 Nova (project)

My dad bought this back up in Seattle for $4000. All original w/70,000 original miles. Original paint, factory air, etc...Anyway, we are in the process of fixing it up. Since we got it, we have replace the leaf springs and shocks, which raised it a lot, and got bigger tires to fit the car better. We are planning on getting around to putting a 4 barrel on it, exhuast, we bought camaro buckets for it (getting them reapolstered(sp)), and a paint job (same color, possibly with light metal flakes)

    pics soon.

Get a stroker. You can get amazing power out of stroker motors. Only thing is you sacrifice some long term driving.

383 stroker, or similar = what the Nova needs.

not a fan of seattle cars, lots of moisture there = lots of rust.

Por-15 is god. Paint it right over rust, and it will prevent it from getting worse. I'm going to do the underside of my car in it this spring
