I've recently developed a red itchy area on my skin covered with small 1/8" to 1/4" bumps that are red, it is appearing on both of my arms about halfway up the forearms and upper arms, I just want to know if this is a simple reaction or if I should get this checked out, also, someone I know said it may be heat rash...
