Notice how the guy who bid that much never bought anything expensive? I hate it when people mess with other peoples auctions. The guy just wants to sell the dress, why can't people let him do that without bidding so high. You know he's never going to pay the 99'mil.

Funny thing is, the guy selling the dress is set for life. He can sue that guy, and will get enough of a settlement to retire if he gets a good lawyer.
