    i know i shouldn't laugh, but.............i had to kinda chuckle. he was OK after all

      That is rather bizzere..... I bet his lovely assistant was to blame.... Asking a random audience member to check somehting isnt always the best idea. Did the guy make sure the cartridge that was already in the barrel ejected when he pulled the slide back? The assistant probably didn't know how to tell if the round was in there or not. Doesn't sound to bright to me...

            If he pulled the slide back, it SHOULD have ejected the round in the chamber. If it didn't, the pistol obviously malfunctioned. Now, that's not to say it isn't his fault. He should have checked it himself...
