    Heat Days?

Since when does San Diego have heat days? We got out early today from school (Grossmont HS district) due to excessive heat in the area and no wind. ITS FREAKING 105 + !! OMG its not even summer yet! I hear that in Texas, Arizona, ETC, it is a common occurance. The last time we had a hear day was when I was 8! I love it though, getting out early means hangin' out, swimming, getting into trouble and all sorts of stuff!

Tell me what you guys think or know about these!

Thank god the humidity isnt too high right now. But its so hot that you sweat like it is. It was like 115 in the parking lot. Like 130+ inside my car WE just dont get this in San Diego, ever.

I think thats because they know how hot it can get so they have A/c already installed (Probably with backup generators) and indoor schools. My school is 84 years old, it doesnt stay cool...

Yeah, I grew up in Phoenix, and we never had a heat day. It's because every single building in Phoenix has A/C. You cannot buy a house or rent an apartment without A/C. And you're a moron if you buy a car without A/C. It's common to have daytime highs over 115*.

You live here now, people here moan about anything like rain or cold or hot. About the only thing we don't moan about is a LOT of rain. People here get too excited about climate changes. I was excited in a good way because school got out 3 hours early
