Anyone ever heard Justin Sane's solo stuff (Anti-Flag singer) sounds like some emo to me. Anti-Flag = hypocrites

Emo is more about lyrics, not sound.

I don't want to make anyone mad, so I'm just going to state my opinion. I agree w/ FiRe, I don't like emo either. It is all depressing whinning music.

All the emo kids at my school act like the world is out to try to screw them, like they're the only ones with problems. I've got problems to, but I don't cry about it or whine or blame people. I suck it up and move on with life. I can't really judge though, I guess that's just how I was raised. "Suck it up son", "There's nothing wrong with you", "Oh he'll be alright". I used to think I hated my dad b/c he was so mean and strict and tough, but now I realize what he was trying to show me. That life is a b*, get over it.

I think Dennis Leary said it best: "Life sucks. Get a f'in helmet, okay?"
