          Yup, Zzyxx is out in Californias Mojave Desert, about halfway between Barstow and Las Vegas right near Baker (home of the worlds largest thermometer!). It's actually the fellas name that use to live out there. Use to have high speed car runs out there 'til it flooded bad one year and washed away all the topsoil (sand), and is now too rocky.
