i think it is. but that's just me. the visuals are very powerful. every scene has a color assosciated with it. the costumes are very bright and they use filters to color everything. there's also a little bit of cg to create arrows and leaves. the storyline is pretty neat. i won't say too much more about it but each scene does get retold. it's interesting how it turns out. it's not a love story though so it's not going to have the same mass appeal as cthd.

I'm rewatching it right now... again... and again...

Damn, hero is so good... but there are rough transitions in the story at one or two points. Other than that, it's absolutely amazing filmography and production.
