I have a really good picture of the sun setting in Miami. I got it from the top deck of my cruise ship while leaving the port. I will try and scan it, but I took the pic with a disposable camera, but it came out looking great.

Key West, is a great place, I go down there twice a year, because its only 5 hours away. But I love going to West, when I am on a cruise, because I dont have to drive down there .

I had never been before. I didn't realize how far out it was and i also had no idea how many damn roosters there were!!

Them roosters are everywhere! Almost tripped on one when I was walking around town. Anyone go to Crabby Dicks? Best deal on oysters! Mmm...I could go for a dozen right now..with corona...

Here's a couple I took today at the conservatory right next to Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago. Used a Fuji FinePix F700.

I'm not trying to tell you how to do what you do, because you've been shooting for alot longer than I have. (And you are alot better than I.)

But if you've got access to Photoshop, you can adjust the lighting in your picture, and come out with some really great results. I noticed all the pictures you throw up are unedited.

The above took me, like... 5 minutes messing around in PS. It really helps your shots come alive, in my opinion. (Love this photo, by the way.)

Thanks....Looks to me like you played with the levels. I actually don't like the brighter look. Also, that photo was edited, but was edited for print. One of the reason it looks a little dark as it's actually got a profile embedded into it.
