"magic eyes" pictures... can you "see" these pics?

But yes, these "Magic Eyes" are just a big government conspiricy, they don't actually work. Everone is really just crazy.

If you worry too much about it you won't see them. Don't sweat the detailed techniques people tell you; it should be comfortable and easy. You don't need to worry about exact distance: if your sitting in your chair comfortably you will see them fine.

Don't look intently at any particular part. Just casually look at the whole picture, and just slightly cross your eyes, and kind of blur them. The picture will just barely pull apart, and then BAM! You see it. It's like the picture gets a little blurry, then suddenly comes into focus. You should be looking at the picture as if you're zoned out.

If you are too crossed, you can also see them by slowly uncrossing your eyes, and the picture should kind of push or pull together. And DO NOT LOOK ALL OVER THE PICTURE. This is a mistake I always did when I first learned how to do it. Just casually look at the whole thing/center, and let it happen. You will see the rest with your peripheral vision.\

It does take a bit of practice. I had a book of about 30 of them, and at first it took me over 30 seconds to get a single picture. Now I can get them within a couple second. Don't give up, but don't force it!

How many people actually see the image popped out? I see them as being sunken in, but I hear that that way is not as common...

they look better on a computer becuase they are bright, and i donno what 5 is either. i think its cool how u look at a jumble of crap and see a picture.

I always try to look "through" them - focus on an imaginary point about 6" "behind" the picture.

I can't seem to get any of them to resolve on my monitor, though.

They are sunkin in for me too. There are some that aren't hidden pictures, just 3d ish looking. Might findsome of those i hear they are easier to start with.

If you want some help put your face about a foot-foot and a half away from the screen. Now take your index finger pointing up and put it a few inches away from your nose. Now focus on the tip of your finger, everything behind your finger should look a little blury. Now when your focused on the tip of your finger look right above it, but try to keep yourself focusing on the same distance.

It's really hard to explain, you can focus on your finger then move it out of the way, while still focusing where your finger used to be too.

Personally i just do the crosseyed method, takes me a second or 2

Another easy way to do it is, wear a hat with a bill. put it on and get close to the monitor so the bill is touching the screen. Now look at the picture below and focus on one of the bigger black dots in the middle. It may look blurry from that close but try to get it into focus. Then the black dot should split into 2 black dots, then slowly back away you head. This picture below freaked me out because for some reason my eyes were stuck and even after i turned my head away from the monitor i could still see it when i looked back, so it might be an easy one to start on.

But, now I can see them from any distance is a fraction of a second. :)

We used to have one in our house, a huge one with like a huge dinosaur scene in it. Got so good at looking at it I can see any of them now almost instantly.

I have no problem seeing them. I guess, because I have slightly bad eyes to beginwith, focusing on the inner parts is easy.

holy crap I can't do it on a monitor, the brightness scrwes up my focus and I lose it right as i get the edges... paper is so much easier than monitor
