Need someone who can resize a .gif

Hey guys, I found a little thing that I'd like to use as my buddy icon, but its too big. Can someone resize it so its 7168 bytes? Thanks in advance

edit: no, I dont know what it is, I got it from someones sig and thought it looked cool

thats very hard take that big of a file and crunching it into 7kb btw the file is 136kb

Theres no way to get it down to 7k if you keep all the frames... It can be like 5-10 frames, I'd guess... But thats pushing it.

Its even too big for sig guidlines. Whoeve is using it is breaking the rules...

could someone help me out with this one then? its a good bit smaller, shouldnt be too difficult methinks (not that i know anything about this stuff, as you can see)
