Help with CS spray

Got a couple o' questions:

1) What is the pixel size needed for the sprays? I used to know, but I forgot. I want to say it has to be divisible by 16 or something of the like.

2)Can anyone resize my pic for me once I do find out the right size? I only have MSPaint and the editing software = poo for resizing.

Edit: Actually, if you read the color spray tutorial on the site I just posted.. I quote:

Any texture with bad dimensions will cause an error and not work.
The pldecal.wad can't be any biger than 12288 pixels, this is important for the image to work.
Here are some examples: 112pixels by 112pixels = 12544 and will not work, but 112 pixels by 96 pixels = 10752 so it will work.
If an image does not fall within any of the sizes then you'll have to resize it.

But being the nice guy I am, I just uploaded two more files that should work.
