I was totally lost in the episode two weeks ago when Tony was dreaming. Did he actually get that woman from the escort service and dreamed it was a guy, or did he dream that he got the woman from the escort service as well?

the old man in the bed with tony was carmine sr. wasnt it? jonny sacks old boss. ive watched the show from season one and this is by far the weakest season so far. its like a few have said here, they have sooo many subplots going on its hard to keep up. and now only one show left to settle everything....come on give me more than that people. but im gonna say it now either A.J. or carmella will die.....just a feeling i get and the way jonny is talking to tony...i see it comming
