The telemarketer has ALOT more to loose than he does. The loser made a death threat, a criminal offense. His company faces FCC fines and he will surely be fired.

xsiled, the guy was taking a survey for some company, making mass phone calls. When I told him to stop fing calling, it had to be at least the 5th time that company had called us this week.Then the dumbass makes the mistake of calling me from his cell phone. I don't care if my actions were out of line when I told him to stop calling, he should expect that kind of stuff on his job. What I don't expect is someone calling my house, cursing me out, and then calling my mom a ***** when he called back once. All I can say is that the dude had it coming to him. If he has enough balls to come down to Louisiana to the small town that I live in and track me down, kudos to him. He is lucky I didn't report his *** and get him into a ****storm of trouble, because this could be much much worse for him. He threatened to kill me. I know he didn't mean it, and probably would never do it, but he still said it, and the law doesn't go by if you were bluffing or not, the law goes by what was actually said. He is lucky that he is not in jail and out of a job to say the least.
