Okay this is really wierd, i have cable through a local company called astound and its been running a little slow lately so idecided to check the speed, and it came out at like 25 kbps!??!!? wth is wrong with my cable?

heh..that's a bummer. What all do you have running? If you believe you have spyware and whatnot get the new version of spybot search and destroy at:
www.download.com and type in spybot S&D
