I have yet to see a fellow AOer on there.
I am usually in 24/7 airball or hexapalooza

Digital paintball is a half life mod. You have to buy the cd first.
here are the instructions:


here is what you do, you only need 10 bucks to play
buy the cd here
this guy is reliable, many people have boughten from him, including me.
It will work with windows xp, even though it says it doesn't(cuz I have xp)

then download digital paintball 2.1 here

then finally for servers to play in(or rooms)
down load steam:
download steam here

that is all your pretty much need.
You get the cd and install the cd, you then exit it. You then download steam. You then install 2.1 digital paintball into the steam(myn did it automatically)
When I installed it i need updates and such. If you search on here and the forums (steam and dpb forums) they should have the answers to your questions.
but that is pretty much the jist of it.

I played when it wasnt called digital paintball.. it was something else and the DPB team took over. The angels had 13 BPS mode.. click once and send 13 balls flyin.. You could also buy a flatline for the 98..

You had to buy air and paint too.. and the maps sucked..

Too bad my work computer cant run the game.. only TFC.. =(

If i remember correctly i was at the 50 and my back guys where obviously facing the wrong direction. I think i left the room shortly after.

Hey i just downloaded 2.0 and when ever I try to join a digital paintball game, it starts to downloads and then stops and says that my ".dll[cl_dlls\client.dll] isn't that of teh servers". Can anyone help me?

The most recent patch is 2.1 I believe... You'll have to download that one.
