If he hadnt killed himself that would be an awesome story. That story is kind of a conservative version, supposedly it was a corrupt zoning decision that put a factory completely AROUND this guy's buisness. He took action and destroyed everything involved with it
Too bad he killed himself, but I guess he didnt see much of a life ahead of him -

from the article on cnn the board members had it coming. They Allowed a concrete plant to expand onto his property. Sounds like someone payed some money for that decision and the guy went psyco with frustration. I've always said, it will be an american to blow the frist nuke on US soil because of the careless money making scemes that corborate america concocks to make a buck. But that's what I gather from the article. And we all know how the news works.

This guy is a psycho criminal! He could have killed quite a few people with his crazy rampage. How anyone can admire this is beyond me.
Read the article. He was mad because they planning board allowed the concrete plant to expand without buying his building. He wanted to make a buck off of the expansion and was shot down.
This was about a commercial building he owned, not his house. The plant did not go onto his land. They just did not buy his.
Scum. I am glad he saved the taxpayers the cost of a trial!Comment

Wow.
Deadeye and I actually agree on something.
I think they must be breaking out the parka's in hell right about now.
Seriously though, this is just another example of what is so wrong with our culture today. People seem to act like they have no responsiblity for their own actions.
People suing fast food joints for getting them fat.
Parents suing playing card manufacturers for promoting gambling.
Drunken fools suing casions for leting them gamble while drunk.
No willingness to accepts the ramifications of our own actions for the most part.Return to the free market. Get rid of all government regulations and let society make it's own decisions. Time and again the relaxing of government regulations has increased profits, innovation and the economy.Comment
