I think the first one looks kind of hand done, mainly cause I've seen pics. similar to that hand drawn by friends useing different pencils and shadeing effects. O and the ones I've seen and held arn't done in photoshop, cause the shadeing effects comes off. So I would have to say the first one looks kind of done by hand, if you showed it to someone who had no idea what photoshop was, they might think it looked alittle strange.
