Why does the US support Israel?

I am not talking about the Country of the United States. I am talking about the US people.


3,017 Palestinians* and 964 Israelis** have been killed since September 29, 2000.


110 Israeli children* have been killed by Palestinians and 578 Palestinian children** have been killed by Israelis since September 29, 2000.

You attack guns with sticks and stone and suicide bombers with the sole intent to never live in peace and never recognise thier right to live and your going to see large casualties.

No ones using body counts to determine who is right. But you seem to imply thats some sort of barometer. Why? It makes no sense to me. And haveing more casualties does not make you right in the least. And in this case might be as much a measure of stupidity than anything. Hey you brought it up not me...

We support them because we feel they have a right to exist in peace. And are not being allowed to do so. Simple as that. We (for the most part) believe they are in the right in this and are being targeted by Arab countries for their race. And we are against racism and antisemitism. And thats what we see going on here. If Arab countries wanted to solve it they already would. but most of them care nothing about the Palestineans. They won't take them. But they will use them to further thier cause.

Since the Jews are so saintly and the Arabs are oh so evil (oh wait is that racism????) why do we have such a tinted media perpective? Nobody is questioning Israel's right to exist. What they are challenging is how many UN violations Israel has. Their torture of prisoners. Their illegal occupation, the right of return.

Why do Jews have the right to exist and Palestinians don't? You say that we are trying to counter anti-semitism by being racist against Palestinians. Thats really bright. What is there to solve by the Arab countries? They have accepted that Israel isn't going to disapear (even though anyone who looks at how it was founded agrees that it was the textbook definition of ethnic cleansing). They ask for #1 end of an illegal occupation, #2 end of the Israeli land grabs (see the new age berlin wall they are building, it isn't for security, it is to secure the natural resources in the West Bank (the water primarily). #3 the right of Return, the right given in the UN charter that refugees can return to their homes after a conflict.

Israel isn't a democracy. Only Jews can buy land. Only Jews can represent people in court. How exactly is that a democracy?

They hit him in a wheel chair and killed civilian bystanders. I personally think that it was an okay move. What I have a problem with is US tax dollars paying for ethnic cleansing.

What were the Palestinians doing in where Israel was? What happend to the millions of non-Jews who lived in Israel proper before 1948? Stop at nothing to kill you? These aren't your buddhist monks peacefully trying to live and protest freedom. Look, you can talk all you want for years on end, Palestine will never give up. So what can you do? Kill them... or they will kill you. You could stand down and move isreal to other places in the world, but you know what? Once they got Isreal they would start funding terrorist organizations to attack the USA. Now NJpaint do you honestly want another 9/11? I sure they hell don't. Its a mater of tactics. And a matter of cause. Israel has always been attacked. Palestine exists because all other Arab countries don't want them there and encourage the hatred.
