Why are you all ragging on him? For one thing even if it is stolen someone was eventually going to buy it or he would have ended up trashing it. I assure you that if any one of you saw it sitting there for 10 bucks you would have bought it without a seconds guess. Even if it was stolen there is no possible way of tracking down who it belongs to. The tank is faily expensive (considering tanks). I say good deal.
