yeah, i'm a christian and proud of it, but i admit i'm a bit ashamed to admit that i am a christian when i see crap like this put out to "convert" people. it is pathetic, what do they want us to listen to gospil stuff? that is contradictory to what the bible says, paul is always talking about changing so that you can be culturaly relevant, any way, did any one else think that that cross in the last frame was about to bare down on all those kids and crush them?

Honestly I think its sick how "ultra christians" think being of another faith is unamerican.

However there is some truth to the singers lyrics-> "I am god and the devil" isn't that human nature.

        Oh well wacko's are essential.

Yup...pretty dumb stuff. I'm a "rockin'" Christian all the way. Rock (the style) itself is not the problem. It's the content. I love the rock style, I just don't happen to care for the messages in many songs. *shrugs* No biggie...I just choose to listen to rock that has more positive messages. It's too bad "Christians" (I use that word loosely), get hung up on style.

Kinda like those Christians that say I'm bad for playing paintball. "You're playing war! War is evil!" Bah. They look at the surface, and don't bother going deeper.

Critics of Christianity...please don't judge us all based on extremists like that. You're just as guilty as that Christian extremist if ya do ya know.

Get the evil out of our soundwaves!

By the way, believe in Jesus.

You can God-bash all you want because of some crazy cartoon, but you all sound more closed-minded than the religion you're slamming. Is Christianity as an organized religion corrupt? I believe in many ways it is. But how can you go find some dumb cartoon and then proceed to generalize so much? I mean, you sit there and say, "that's crazy, not all rock-lovers are bad people!" and then you proceed to tell me that all Christians are "wackos, hilarious, and damn bible beaters" quit your no-basis whining or I'll start believing that all non-Christians are devil worshippers And for the record, I play drums, guitar, and bass and enjoy my rock as much as all of you (or rapcore if you will )
-For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. Philipians 1:21

-Don't try to use your fancy smancy "logic" on me! It won't work!

-It is better to stay silent, and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

Did you actually read the replies, or assume them? It seemed to me that people were ragging on the Christian extremists, not Christianity.

how many people have died or will die in holy wars, from the crusades to the current extremist musilms, how many women were battered by their husbands but couldnt leave because "divorce is a sin" how many young boys were subjected to unwanted advances by preists How many native people were stripped of their culture and religion in an attempt to convert "the savages" I think you get my point, orginized religion is not Gods laws but rather man's laws using a scary wrathful all-knowing figure to help enforce the laws they created.

Man doesn't need religion to fight wars. Its convienent to blame religion for them. However, the simple fact is people will have faith in something. They will invent a religion. Look at the Soviets, supposedly athiets, who worshiped the state. We all find something to worship, for some its a deity.
