Well LAPD are back at it.

Ok. Well we all know the LAPD likes to beat on people. Well it's happened again. This time though I don't think it should be all that big of a deal. For one thing the criminal was in the act of fleeing from the police. If he's innocent, he should stop and maybe just maybe they wouldn't have hit him. I'll admit though that 11 times is a bit much but it's a good deterent on not being a criminal. Story here I'm curious if people really think we take it way too easy on these types of criminals or not. I personally think that 11 times is a bit much but if you run you should be lucky that's all you get. Cooperate and things like this don't happen. For all they knew the guy had a gun or weapon. Anyhow interested in others thoughts.

Hm, 11 times does seem excessive. Especially since the the 11 hits apparently included blows to the head. I would like to know if he was under control when the beat him, or if he was trying to escape or harm the officers.

He was on the ground being cuffed. He might have been struggling but you can't really see from the angle of the film. Overall 11 times was a bit much but if the guy is struggling and resisting then I feel it's justified.

I saw the vid last night...er, this morning, and I found it pretty funny. It looked like he was cuffed and everything by the first 2 cops, then he runs up and just starts wailing on the guy, Stupid car theif.
