Ok i read what I typed and I guess I should of worded it differently. I meant to say I don't get why why someone would just make up that he was threatening someone.

I thot the same thing...maybe it wasnt made up.

Me and my friend shot a couple people with big airsoft rifles at school once and were running around. Teachers thought it was funny. Meh.

Rule of thumb -- if the cops ask to search anywhere SAY NO.

And then prepare yourself for a VERY bad 24h.

If you've pissed them off enough it'll be of to the jail while they tow your car and get a warrant. They may not be so careful in their search either.

They already had probable cause, just let them search. Cops already have a ****ty thankless job. Why make it any worse for them?

sounds to me that there was no probable cause, they had the sling shot in their possesion, case closed(of course we dont know the circumstances)

Serves u right for being mean to disabled people, jk. U must admit that is pretty funny that someone called the cops and said that u were preventing disabled people from crossing the street with a slingshot.
