Sigh does anyone know any good computer stores?

Okay I am starting a business and I need 40 very custom PCs and they all have to be identical. I am very computer savy, though I do not want to build 40 systems and I do not have the time to service them. I am looking for an established company that has great customer support and can allow me to pick pretty much everything I want for a resonable price. If I have a system go down, I do not want to take it apart, diagnose the problem, I do not have time to do that. I want to send it in and getting it fixed and a timely manor. After searching online and going to some small clone shops around my area, I have come question how those business stay in business? They don't get back to me, they do not have want I need, or they have a lot of negative feedback. Sigh if anyone has any recommendations please let me know
Dell--very limited in what they can sell
newegg.com--limits on ammounts I can purchase and I do not want to service the machines
local stores--shesh...
cyberpowersystem.com--have exactly what I want, though much negative feedback

The problem you're running into is the "I want to pick the components myself" If that wasn't a criteria a company like Modern Business Technology would be your best bet.
