I may get a job as a CNC Mill operator some links?

I have some links collected, i was wondering if any ya'll know some other neat sites. It would be helpfull too, to title some pertinet reading material. As of now im looking through my physics, chemistry and some otehr books.

Although i have operated a CNC machine, i havent dealt with a machine of such high tolerances and caliber. Specificaly, milling 6163 T6 aluminum. The application is for moutainbike shocks. I you could link me to some sites that have some helpfull info for CNC machine milling, metallurgy and other basic info. Thanx yall!

Big n' Slo: im not sure what kind of mill they use, im guesing and XY and possibly XYZ axis mill, But i belive everthing is based of autocad and g code.

I was referring to the program they use to generate the g codes/tool-paths
Probably something like MasterCam/SmartCam/ProNc and such.
Anyways check out www.CNCzone.com its mostly hobbyists but they cover most of the software.

Edit: Not too much in the way of control type for large CNC centers but good site anyway
