Pre 98 beetles, are the shiz. My mom had a 69 bug for a VERY long time, it just kept going. She blew one of the cylinder heads, it kept running, running and running. She finally got it fixed. Look into any older style VW, they are like tanks.

Nothing wrong with her. Last Xmas i had new brakes, a new battery, and 2 new tires put on her.
