PC only? or is Xbox Gold as well?

Lighting looks really good in this game.
Anyone know if its gold for Xbox, or only the PC. I think they were developed relatively closely together, so it may be both versions.
I stopped upgrading my PC a few years ago when I bought an Xbox, as I was getting tired of buying new video cards, RAM, audio, etc every couple of months...
BTW, everyone should rent Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay. Similar engine, and some really neat presentation and gameplay. I bought it, but its a little on the short side, so a three day rental and some attention could probably get you through
