I've been using it for a long time now (since either Phoenix or Firebird). I first tried it as an althernative to Mozilla since I didn't have too many good althernatives (on my laptop running Debian Linux). I didn't want to install half of KDE just to run the KDE browser, and I wanted something a little more advanced than Lynks/Links. Now I run it on my windoze gaming machine too. No more IE for me.
Tabed browsing rules, and so does the web developer plugin for firefox! But some plugins have issues installing, and that download manager isn't so hot. But overall, its much better than Internet Exploder.

I just got it yesterday, and I have a few Qs
How do I make it so that when I click on a new link that would normally open up a new winder open a tab at the top? Also, when I type in the adress box, adresses with those first few letters don't start to pop up. I want my favorites to be that way. This doesn't bother me too much, ctl+B works fine.Comment

I used it for a little while but wasn't thrilled with it. Still using IE with SP2.Comment

go to www.mozilla.org and under extensions download the one that is called "single window"
close browser and restart firefox. click on tools, extensions, and single window there should be on the right side 3 icons click on the top one(checkmark) and make sure there both checked they should be by default though."The Few Who Do Are The Envy Of The Many Who Only Stand And Watch"

you can also just click a link with the middle mouse button (wheel button) if you have one and it will open in a new tabComment
