Who's got their Halo 2 Party planned?

Sunday Nov 9th...I may be 4 months early.. but
I JUST got myself into the Halo thing... And am all pysched for Halo 2 now.
Between a group of us there are (at least) 4 copies reserved, and 4 xboxes. Probably more, we'll have a SP game going too, hopefully.

Here are the rules for the night:
*Take a shot everytime you die.

*No puking

Heh and I have a 10 o'clock class the next day and a 2 hour drive up north. YEY! (I might have to cut class.. by that time I doubt I'll be under the legal BAL)

I mean, I still kill most of the time in under a clip with a pistol and I have no prolem with headshotting with a sniper and almost all of my halo friends are equal or better than me. That means a lot of dying.

I have got a list of phone numbers I will call when i get my game to come over and rock all night.

Oughta have it like say 20 kill limit kills on teams (with network likup) and the losing team takes a shot for every round lost. Still get hammered but can last a lil longer into the night.

Yea.. we will play a hour or two at first without the shot rule, so we can enjoy the game a *little* bit... but the night will be just for fun. The real playing will be the next day.

Yea, so everyone is going to bring a bottle of their favourite alchohol, it's going to be crazy. Yea, the no puking rule was just a joke... yea right... there's going to be a bucket beside everyone! Rather - You got a good idea.. that would make the night last longer heh..

not that i want this forum to light my scrotum on fire and kick me down a steep hill, but what is going to make halo2 SOOOOOOO much better than halo? i am looking forward to the online goodness, but as far as overall game im not too amped. afterall, how do you improve a game like halo?????? its like getting worked up when madden comes out, whats the point (ok i know this year is different with live and all) its not much different/better than the previous year.
