Join the Army get bigger boobs ....

Man all I got when I joined the Marines was a hand shake and a pat on the back.

The magazine quoted an Army spokeswoman as saying, "the surgeons have to have someone to practice on."

I can understand that the military has a number of doctors that are under used unless there's a conflict.

But surely they could be put to better use than cosmetic plastic surgery. How about the thousands of people who don't have insurance and need reconstructive surgery? You'd think they'd go first.

And, if it's military doctors, why not ship them all off to Afganistan, Iraq, anywhere in Africa. Somewhere that people with urgent medical needs desperately need their services.

They're probably young docs or interns being overseen by old pros. Practice and all...

Hey! You guys think that if I join the army they'll make me more endowed...you know...down there?

From what I understand, and realize that I'm no doctor, this is actually one of the best ways to get Lypo.

Bacially you never get rid of fat cells, but when you loose weight they shrink. So when you're really fit they're shrunk down to thier smallest. Then you get lypo, they're gone and you stay trim and fit.

That's just what I've heard anyway.

When I was in the Marines no matter how much I ran or how much I did sit-ups/crunches I couldnt get rid of some of the "flab" along my stomach ... it was pretty bad, I didnt look to be the most fit person, but I could knock out my PFT and formation runs without a problem.

When you send the doctors to the bad places, they tend to leave the army the first chance they get. That's one of the reasons why the Canadian military has a big shortage of doctors.

I didn't read the CNN article - I had just finished reading something similar about it the New Yorker. I have to agree with the author there, though: is breast implant surgery really practice for post-combat reconstruction?

But I don't really have problem with it. People in the army deserve some perks. I don't know if I'd go so far as the Canadian Army did, though. We paid for a sex-change.

Why would the military surgeons need to practice boob jobs at all?
