Where can I get my electric scooter fixed?

My brother had an old electric scooter, semi-cheap, can i take it to like a car garage and they can fix it up for me? i have the charger and stuff, but it wont charge/ or run and i dont know how to fix it. its just a plain electric scooter, nothin fancy, a motor and a belt drive, what in the world could be wrong?

erm.... I don't mess with things like that. The scooters I mess with are motorcycles.

Most of that junk is Chinese import with no service or parts to be found. Throw away sort of stuff. In your case it sounds like the battery is done for. Good luck matching it up. Could even be the charger. No telling. Possibly could narrow it down with a good meter but.... mostly they junk
