My First Car!!!!

i havent even been to drivers ed but i decided i should start looking for a car when i start driving ect.. i was looking in the newpaper and found a 87 camaro v6 little bit of work that needs to be done, including a new headlight and a new peice of sheet metal in the floor board .I went and i had to see it it is white(soon to be all black with yellow racing/pinstripes) little rust on the fender but nothing major and the minute i saw it i knew i had to get it. The only bad thing about the car is it has 230,000 miles on it but a new trany in it with about 500 miles on it. The best part about this is i got the car for 400$$$

i was at a car show last weekend and i found what i hope will be my first car when i get the money . it was a 1970 mustang with a 302 (small but it'll do ) but im only 15 and the dirving age in ny is 16 so .all the car needed was a little interior work on the drivers seat and a little body work over the door frame.,, but anyway good luck with your car

if it is missing a floor pan then it has rust. you should look closer.

thanks for all you guy's help REHME i did look closer at the floor panel i guess i worded it wrong its got a few rust spots that have gone throuh because snow ect.. had built up on the cadilidic converter and cause the rust but can be replaced by a peice of sheet metal

it'll say "RS" on rear passenger side bump and in the front on the ground effects

Yeah, pyro's got this creepy camaro obsession. Try not to talk to him for long periods of time though, might really mess you up.

i got a real good bargain on my 87 toyota pickup it was only $0.00 dollars from my grandpa (im his fav. grandson ) yeah, thats all fine but im only 15 too

sweet buy!....i got my 90 RS camaro V6 for practically nothing, just have to pay off this guys tab at o'reileys (300 bucks) and the titles mine. insurance is nothing, since the RS isnt considered a sports car, at least not with my insurance. I've already replaced the stock 3.1 with a 4.3 bored out to about 5.7, which means i basically have a 350, with just 6 jugs! heh. you should definitely check out thirdgen.org , or hawksthirdgenparts.com . oh, by the way, mine had 290,000 miles on the odometer when i got it. so you should be good if the previous owner took care of it
