eh, I know someone who died doing a keg stand at Indiana U. It sucks. He was doing one and "he slipped" (thats what they say) and hit his head and passed out. Didn't wake back upDub V

shot a mintue is sooo badass.... I love it
Has anyone ever tried funneling hard liquor?? I did a mixture of 4 shots tequila, 4 shots vodka, with two beers.... it actually went down real smooth, didn't taste bad at all.... after that, all you need to do for a while is sit back, grab a cold one and enjoy the ride, the hard work of getting drunk is done! lol

Last big party we threw, we had 3 12foot funnels going off the side of the deck. 2" clear tubing w/ a cut up plastic funnel up top..Quite the sight really, just wish I could remember it
How about beer pong? Any of you guys play? Play w/ liquor..makes it much more interesting
I'm way too old for this ****.Comment

I was always too impatient for beer pong... I wanted to drink faster... lol but I think everyone has played at least once in their life.
of course, there is always the classic A**-hole card game.
I made up the URL game in college. we would watch tv and every time a url came on screen or was said, you had to drink... it was insane

Theres nothing better than a case race, its all mental, you have to get inside the heads of the team. Believe you me, many a fight has been started during our case racesOriginally posted by ThordicAnd the best alcoholic feat is either Case Race

I held the college swim team record for all of about 2 minutes until I got beat by a girl
I went 1:17, but I'm from milwaukee, so that's kinda weak
Always funny to see keys and change falling out of the pockets too. And of course the girls shirts falling up ahah.
The trick is, use sore throat spray to numb your throat beforehand and it won't burn after 20 seconds like normal. Then let your mouth fill while you take a breath, swallow, repeat :)Comment

We make a different distinction...Originally posted by ThordicThe proper name is Beirut, beer pong is played with paddles.
in Beirut, the ball is thrown directly into the cup on the other end of the table... this is played at schools like UofM, and Hillsdale (where my bro goes).
We play Beer-Pong, in which the ball is bounced once on the table before going into the cup... this is the MI college norm, the Spartans, and everyone else who knows how to party plays it this way. I havn't done much college partying outside of MI though...
I have yet to do a kegstand, usually I'm the one pumping the keg or holding someone up...

EXACTLY. I went to boston for over a week recently(Im from MI) and they played Beirut where the ball is thrown directly into the cup, somewhat different but ALOT easier IMO.
I was sitting here reading this thread and all the corrections I wanted to make were made for me

Hrm, never heard of bouncing the ball.
In Beirut, which actually has a national championships every year, you throw the ball directly into the cup. As soon as it makes contact with the table, or the rim of a cup, you can grab it. If it bounces into a cup, it still counts, and its your fault for not catching it. Theres a few variations on how to assemble the pyramid of cups, or two pyramids depending on how you want to play it.
In beer pong, which I have only played ONCE at a fraternity at NJIT, you used actual paddles to get the ball into the cup. All i remember was it seemed way too difficult to properly wield a paddle, and the paddles had a tendency to get launched.
An awesome variation of beirut is FULL CONTACT beirut. If you don't catch the ball before it leaves the playing area (the table surface/airspace) that ball is OPEN GAME. Either team can make a grab for it, and full contact is allowed until a player has full possession of the ball.
This leads to injuries usually, but also lots of fun :) We built a specially reinforced beirut table specifically for full-contact beirut, as we kept breaking normal ones.

Well, we play bounce or throw. If you bounce the ball, the other team can defend it and knock it away. The key is to catch the other team off guard. And if you make it in off a bounce, it counts for 2 cups.Dub V
